Company background

Kinoulty Research was founded in Poland in 1994. Before we even found an office we were undertaking projects for two clients - L'Oreal and Unilever.

Fourteen years later we employ 25 full-time staff, have recently moved to a new office and still work for L'Oreal, Unilever and other "blue-chip" companies.

We are not a normal market research company - we employ only one psychologist and one sociologist, even then, their educational qualifications weren't the reason we employed them! We are primarily curious people who like to work together to find insightful answers to interesting problems.

We employ advertising and marketing people, linguists, computer scientists, economists, engineers and a physicist - people who enjoy thinking and have a can-do mentality.

In the last few years we have created a number of specialist divisions to focus on particular market segments and deliver "insight through experience".
