Qualitative
We have three full-time moderators and a dedicated qualitative fieldwork manager. Our moderators are involved in all aspects of our studies from methodology and guides to analysis and report writing. They all speak and write excellent English.
We have the most modern group and in-depth viewing facility in Warsaw and record everything digitally. From each of our three remote control cameras we can web-stream live video (inc. translation) if appropriate.
We have just introduced a GPRS camera link that allows clients to view groups live in other locations in Poland. This is achieved via our specially equipped lap-tops which even let clients interact with the moderator.
Apart from the usual groups and in-depths we also conduct mini-groups, extended groups, creative workshops, interactive client/user groups, paired depths (couples and friends), children interviews and play sessions etc.
